Вопрос навеяла новая тема в сообществе про поиск компанией MBS специалиста по SCORM.

 

Двольно часто попадаются вакансии e-learning специалистов, в обязанности которых при устройстве на работу должно входить:

  • Поддержка и администрирование СДО
  • Доработка модулей СДО
  • Разработка электронных курсов (когда в конкретном редакторе, а когда и руками, к примеру, во Flash)
  • Разработка графического дизайна курсов
  • Педагогическое проектирование
  • Разработка сценария
  • Управление проектами по разработке курсов
  • и т.д.

Если вдуматься, то получается, что идеальный кандидат на такую вакансию - Иван Иваныч Крузенштерн, который, как всем известно, умудрился совместить в себе функции человека и парохода :)

 

Понятное дело, работодатель стремится минимизировать свои издержки, наняв одного сотрудника вместо группы, но! как вы считаете, реально ли найти такого специалиста, который бы профессионально владел всеми перечисленными компетенциями одновременно? И какие бы вы дали рекомендации работодателям при поиске сотрудников в этой области?

Андрей! специалист по SCORM - это весьма конкретный запрос. А перечень требований к вакансии в сфере e-learning, очевидно, отражает уровень запросов к будущему курсу. Если требуется "Все в одном", то и курс будет такой, что можно и без всех этих хлопот по разработке, а просто памятку на паре листков сделать. Хотя и в этом случае нужен будет не один работник.
Мы создаем сложные курсы. Это долго, трудно и дорого. Это не набор слайдов с навигацией, а электронный ресурс для взрослого специалиста-производственника. Практика показала, что эти курсы действительно обучают. Это радует. Как устроена наша проектная команда?:
- автор(авторы) - эксперты в предметной области, они создают (готовят) материал. этот материал претерпевает ряд превращений во время совместной работы авторов и методиста.
- методист сочиняет способы/приемы/техники, с помощью которых те, кто учатся смогут "добыть" материал курса. При этом, им, конечно, надо дать возможность радоваться и прежним своим знаниям и новым успехам, и т.п.
- программисты, изготавливают курс, воплощая замысел методиста.
- технический директор помогает программистам выбрать нужные средства.
компания АВТОРЫ_МЕТОДИСТ должны создать заделы для программистов, чтобы не было простоя, потому как при отлично поставленной задаче программист быстро изготавливает, а творческая мысль пока провернется....

Конечно, все эти функции не отдашь одному человеку. Иначе - за что именно и какую ему платить зарплату?

JOB TITLE: Training Producer

Буквально вчера просматривал вакансии... Коммерческие софтверные и тренинговые компании сейчас прекрасно понимают обязанности e-learning специалистов. Как следствие, четко ограничивают круг задач и формулируют вполне реальные требования. Просто у одних "eLearning-специалистами" называются верстальщики, у других - педдизайнеры, у третьих - менеджеры проектов. Поэтому пока приходится ориентироваться не на название должности, а на набор обязанностей в контексте eLearning-а.

В бюджетных/полубюджетных организациях и учреждениях в настоящий момент всё обстоит именно так как вы и описали. Хотя, есть исключения, но они редко попадаются в виде вакансий, потому что часто заняты студентами или вчерашними выпускниками, которые готовы делать что угодно и в любых количествах, лишь бы платили.

Такого человека-оркестра с профессиональным опытом во всех областях сложно: скорее всего, все работы будут выполняться непрофессионально: кустарно, медленно, формально. Это может снизить затраты, но испортить репутацию, и вместе с затратами снизить и доходы.

Работодателям я бы рекомендовал распределить работы по имеющимся работникам: если уже есть админ - добавить ему сервер СДО, если уже сть дизайнеры - отдать им в работу эскизы и учебные материалы, и тд. И только когда окажется, что некому вести проект или дорабатывать модули - нанять соответственно прожект-менеджера или программиста. Не советую создавать под eLeаrning отдельное подразделение, дублирующее функции уже имеющихся специалистов: программист интернет-магазина и программист СДО ничем друг от друга не отличаются, точно также как верстальщик сайта от верстальщика учебного контента.
