Понятное дело, работодатель стремится минимизировать свои издержки, наняв одного сотрудника вместо группы, но! как вы считаете, реально ли найти такого специалиста, который бы профессионально владел всеми перечисленными компетенциями одновременно? The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences seeks an Instructional Developer, UCP 8. Under the general direction of the Associate Dean for undergraduate education issues, provides the College with a complex range of instructional design and technological development activities. Incumbents in this position are required to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of adult and student learning, perform highly complex duties in Instructional Development, frequently serve as a project lead on course and program assessment, evaluation and design and work from broad objectives with considerable latitude to plan, develop and organize all phases of work.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field.
2. Four to six years of progressively responsible experience.
3. Demonstrated skills and ability in all of the following specific production areas:

Programming for web based environments
Comprehensive Instructional Design
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively and
collaboratively with diverse groups of people in a collegial environment.
5. Demonstrated experience in project management.
6. Knowledge and experience with teaching advanced seminars and training workshops.
1. Ph.D. in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, Education, or related field.
2. Two or more years experience in instructional design or a related field in a university setting.
3. Demonstrated skills and ability in developing online courses, learning modules and/or educational materials.
4. Experience working in a professional graduate education setting.
